These terms govern your use of Seating Studio at wedding-seating-chart-git.pages.dev.

Using Seating Studio

You may use the editor to create personal event and wedding seating plans, download PNG and SVG exports, print or save a PDF, and share a view-only copy link. You are responsible for the accuracy of guest names, seating assignments, dimensions, and print settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter. The editor stores working plans in your browser; a paid checkout also creates a limited project copy needed to connect the order and one-time recovery link. You are responsible for keeping exports and backups that you need.

Exports and printing

Preview exports before printing or sending them to a venue, caterer, or vendor. Screen color, printer calibration, paper, trimming, and venue dimensions can affect the final result.

Paid packs, delivery, cancellations, and refunds

The free planner and its standard exports do not require payment. Paid Signage and Full Pack orders are digital, personalized files created from the plan you select at checkout. The purchase flow shows the price, selected package, and email used for the receipt and recovery link before you pay.

Because a personalized digital file can be prepared immediately, requests to cancel or refund an order after the final file has been prepared may be limited, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If checkout succeeds but you cannot access the recovery link or receive the promised digital delivery, contact us with the receipt email and order details so we can investigate, restore access, or provide an appropriate remedy.

Before ordering, check the guest spelling, table assignments, design, and selected size. If you notice an issue before the final file is prepared, contact us promptly. This page is a product policy summary and does not remove any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that local browser storage or a copied link will remain available indefinitely.
